What kind of memories do these warm summer days bring back?
The Lifestyle EXPO is a big event for Senior Spectrum and a big event for many of the people who visit. It contains many different activities as well as opportunities for learning.
One thing that we can all be sure of is that everyone takes away something different from their time at the EXPO, and no, I am not talking about door prizes. What I am talking about are experiences, what you saw , what you learned, that sort of thing.

With the rush of Black Friday shopping, the looming credit card debt, insane prices for gas and fuel oil, have we taken the holidays too far? It begs the question, what are the Holidays now? What are your ideas to bring about a simpler and more meaningful holiday season?

This month, in honor of National Volunteer Recognition Week which begins on April 27 we’d like to have you focus on experiences that you may have had or are having as a volunteer or community activist.
